Tofu produces thirteen times less greenhouse gas emissions than beef. Additionally, tofu is a protein-rich food that requires less water than many animal protein sources.

In addition, organic tofu ensures the use of non-GMO crops and avoids the use of synthetic chemicals that can damage the environment.

5. Broccoli

When it comes to vegetables and fruits, buying products that use the least amount of fertilizers and pesticides are the best for nature. Because fertilizers and pesticides contribute quite a lot to greenhouse gas emissions. Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, such as cabbage and Brussels sprouts, contain natural pesticides that can protect themselves from pests and other harmful organisms. In addition, broccoli also produces carbon emissions that are low enough to be environmentally friendly.
