How to make:

Ingredients:

1/2 chicken
500 ml liquid coconut milk
250 ml thick coconut milk
8 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
3 pieces of boiled dry chili that has been mashed
2 lime leaves
1 cm galangal
1 stalk of lemongrass crushed
1 piece of turmeric leaf
1/2 cm ginger
1/2 cm turmeric
salt to taste
enough sugar
powdered broth to taste

How to make:

Put the garlic, onion, turmeric, ginger, chili, turmeric, and galangal in a blender. Puree.
Pour the spices into the pot with the chicken, turmeric leaves, oranges, tamarind water, lemon grass, and liquid coconut milk.
Add sugar, salt and powdered stock, then cover the pot.
Cook until the texture of the chicken turns a little soft.
Pour thick coconut milk, cook again until thickened. Serve while warm!

Ingredients:

1/2 chicken breast
5 meatballs
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1.5 cloves of thinly sliced ​​red onion

salt to taste
pepper to taste

How to make:
